Last night, Feb. 24,  DSU Live had a concert in the DSU Underground. Performers for the concert were Stem Cells and Household, both indie rock bands, and Wolf Skin, a metalcore band sporting members who are also students at DSU.

The band Nanashi was planning on performing as well, but sadly was unable to make it. The others made up for this absence by putting everything they had into giving attendees a great show and even more afterwards.

Stem Cells opened the concert with power, performing some new songs that will be on their upcoming album releasing in April. Wolf Skin performed next, continuing the concert with the same energy that Stem Cells ended with. Wolf Skin also played new songs, including one that had never been heard before. This new song, titled “Oblivion,” is dedicated to the recent shooting in Florida. That left Household to close the concert in style. There were some speaker issues during Household’s performance, but DSU Live fixed it immediately.

After the concert, I spoke with Justin Jungemann, member of Wolf Skin and student at DSU, who was happy with their performance and enjoyed the other bands as well.
