With Poor Weather, Baseball Team Starts Slow at 5-14

The DSU men’s team has struggled the first part of the season. They have played some good out of conference games. They played the #5 team in the nation in Rogers State in Oklahoma City. They finally started playing in conference as they took on Hastings down in Aurora, Nebraska. They split a four game series with the Mustangs that moved their record to 5-14. They have just recently postponed all their games until April 1st so they will have a nice break to rest up and refocus.

The leading hitter for the Trojans is Danny Flahie, batting .308 with 16 total hits. Anyelo Roman is leading the team with 18 runs batted in. Rays Roman leads the team with 9 total bases swiped.
