Have you ever wondered what your pets are giving thanks for on Thanksgiving? Well, now you know. Due to an amazing piece of never-before-seen technology, I have been able to interview a local dog and cat on what they are thankful for on this holiday!

A Dog’s View

I am thankful for

1. My humans
2. Food
3. Especially leftovers
4. When my humans leave their shoes out for me to chew on
5. Things that make me smell good, like skunks and lake water
6. Did I say my humans?
7. When my humans have friends over to visit me
8. White shirts and pants to display my muddy pawprint art
9. Food, I really love it 
10. Especially leftovers
11. The very full, absolutely-no-openings schedule of the Doggy Bath & Groom
12. Every time I get a car ride that doesn’t lead to the vet

A Cat’s View

I am thankful for:

1. Solitude
2. My beautiful fur
3. My gorgeous pink tongue to clean my beautiful fur
4. When my humans forget to close the front door (adventure awaits!)
5.  The new couch for sharpening my claws

7. My impressive tuna hunting skills (I have learned to stalk the can opener)
8.  My beautiful eyes
9. The doormat where I display the mice I catch on outdoor adventures
10. Black clothes that nicely set off the beautiful hair I shed
